I am using Office 2003, Student / Teacher edition. I migrated my data to a
new hard disk. After migration my Office icons were gone. When I try to use
setup from my CD to repair the program or uninstall, I get the following
message;
"This patch package could not be opened. Verify that the patch package
exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to
verify that this is a valid Windows Installer patch package."
When I try to upgrade from the MS site, it tells me it cannot upgrade and
suggests that my .MSP files are missing. The link for info about the problem
on the site is not working. How do I get access to my program again?
Peace,
dave
