Cannot view new mail!

Hi there, I have seen my problem discussed on other threads but no one
seems to be able to fix it.
I am running entourage 2004 and it displaying new messages as usual
i.e. inbox goes bold and the number of new mail is in brackets.
However, i cannot view the new mail at all. i think this is purely a
entourage problem as i can access and view this mail in the program
Mail. I would like to carry on using entourage but cannot as i cant
get mail.
i have checked some of the possible problems - rebuild, filters,
schedules. with no success.

Look under View in the menu bar and see if you have Flagged Only selected.
