Can't add address in word from Outlook Contacts

dpmjr

I am in an Exchange 2000 environment. All of my users are running Office
2002 and Outlook 2002. I have two users who when they try and use the label
feature in Word to access their contacts get an error message as follows;
"Unable to dispay contents of this address book. The Contacts folder
associated with this address list could not be opened; it may have been moved
or deleted, or you do not have permissions. etc ect.

The last line says:
"Microsoft Exchange Client - [80040201]

I haven't found any info that helped.

Thanks in advance

Is their Outlook Address Book service installed and running correctly? Is
their contact folder marked as an Address Book?

You may want to post this to microsoft.public.outlook.contacts for more
specific assistance.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to the
(insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal account
will be deleted without reading.
