Can't assign right name to outgoing mail

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: pop

Hi, my outgoing messages are being sent using the right name from the 'From' drop down box but they are being received by others with the name 'Administrator Adminstrator'. Have changed settings in Entourage/Account Settings and have rung provider. Can anyone help?

This could be a problem on your side of the message or the recipient's.

First, make sure your "Me" contact record information is correct. Switch
to the Address Book view and make sure information in there about you is
correct.

Second, make sure your information is correct under Tools -->
Accounts... Double-click your account and check.

If this is all correct then your recipient may have your contact
information listed incorrectly.
