Ensure no instance of Outlook.exe is running (task manager) and then just
copy the .pst file to a new location on your hard drive (this preserves the
integrity of your default .pst file) - then copy the .pst to your CD using
CD burning software such as Nero (my preferred) or EZ CD Creator (blech!)
For complete safety, shut down and reboot your computer after you make the
copy of the .pst file on the hard drive and make sure Outlook is not set to
open with your computer.

| there a way to do it?

|| Hello Adrian,
||
||| After I burn the outlook.pst into the cdrom, I tried to test it,
||| but it doesn't work. I got the following error message:
||| The file is not a personal folder file.
||
||| Can I ask why? I have changed to not read only, but still not
||| working. why?
||
|| When you have copied the file to your harddisk and you have removed
|| the read-only-flag, search for "scanpst.exe" on your computer and
|| run it.
