Can't BELIEVE Somebody hasn't had trouble exporting Contacts

I am in desperate need of help. Why do the zip codes in my Contacts NOT EXPORT to Excel
Excel is formatted first as Special/Zip Codes then just as Text. Nothing seems to get Contacts to export the zip code portion to Excel

PLEASE HELP!!!
