Can't Browse Global Address Book

Our office had been using MS Outlook with Exchange server when we switched
to Entourage for our Mac OS X clients. Most features work well, but one that
we would very much like to have is the ability to browse the Global Address
Book.

It's obvious that Entourage sees the Global Address Book, because you can
check names against it using the keyboard shortcut Command-Shift-C, but you
can't bring up the list in any way that I know of.

Any ideas?

The inability to browse the Global Address List is a known limitation. You
can search the Global Address List by going to Tools -> Directory Services,
and clicking your Exchange Server in the left pane, but you can't browse it.

If you would like to see that feature in a future release of Entourage, you
should submit the suggestion to Microsoft. In Entourage X, go to Help ->
Send Feedback on Entourage. Otherwise, click on this direct link to enter

If you go under tools, then directory services, you should be able to browse
the GAB.
