When I do appointment I can't change AM/PM, PM is permanent.

According to Entourage 2004 help, time and date formats are set in the
System Preferences. Go there, select International, and click on Formats.
From there select the time. It may already be on AM/PM. Change it to 24
hour. Change it back to AM/PM. Now try changing the PM in your Entourage
event. You have to highlight the PM, and hit the up or down arrows, or the A
and P buttons. I can't remember if it's the same way with Entourage X or
not.
