can't change message delivery option

I want to change the message delivery option in Outlook 98
from plain text to HTML, but this isn't possible. Can
anyone tell me which registry key I have to change and in
what I have to change it?
Outlook has been deployed by ODK, but I can't find the
location for changing this option and i don't want to
redeploy Outlook.

Try removing one of these values from their registry (only one will exist
depending on your mode):

Corporate or Workgroup configuration:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER \Software
\Microsoft\Office\8.0\Outlook\Options\Mail\ExchangeEditor

Internet Only configuration:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER \Software
\Microsoft\Office\8.0\Outlook\Options\Mail\InternetEditor

The 8.0 part might be 8.5 for OL98 but I'm not 100% sure since I don't have
an OL98 machine here
