can't connect to Exchange server

I use Entourage 2004 for a while already. My company is running on
Exchange server. About 2 weeks ago, all 10 macs who run Entourage 2004
on Tiger doesn't work anymore. I tried everything that I can think of,
new user, new account setup, update with the latest version, make sure
our IT didn't change any require setting for the Server side, which
nothing had changed. We all were able to run Outlook on classic mode,
be able to receive and send email. But we just can't connect with
Entourage at all. I also get HTTP error with -18500 error. Any idea
what I should try?

The same here. The only difference is that in my case version of Entourage
that worked fine for me last year was v.X, while now 2004 doesn't connect to
the server.

Are you using an internal Exchange Server address or are you using your
company's OWA address? Test accessing your accounts via OWA. OWA access
(or WebDAV) must be working on the server before Entourage can connect.
Maybe one of your server admins has disabled it.

Hope this helps! bill

Hi,
I did make sure the server admins didn't disable anything, I did send
the requirement to them to make sure everything is correct. I also had
ping the exchange server, which is responding. Is there anything else
I can try?

Connect to the account through OWA on your web browser, then copy the
URL that displays there (something like
"http://www.myserver.com/exchange/me").
Use this as the address for the Exchange server on the Exchange account
settings (simply paste the entire URL).
Does that work??
