can't connect to hotmail server through entourage x

has anyone else been having this problem and how did you fix it?

it keeps telling me its unable to connect with server, i can connect
using outlook express for mac but not entourage

You probably haven't updated to the most recent version, 10.1.5. There was a
bug fix to address this in one of the updates. Get the updaters at
http://www.microsoft.com/mac/
