CAN'T CORRECT E-MAIL ADDRESSES IN ENTOURAGE

I sent an e-mail to a person and got their name wrong. Now when I try to type the person's name into the address field it automatically enters the wrong name. I can't delete the name Entourage automatically remembers. This person is not entered into the address book.

Isn't there some way to delete this person from Entourage? Help!!
