"Can't create item"

I'm am using Microsoft Outlook 2003 Business Edition.
Everything has worked fine until today. Now when I click
on an E-mail address in a web page, Outlook throw up a
window saying "Can't Create item." I shut down Outlook
and tried the same again. Then it says "Can't Open
Microsoft Outlook." I rebooted and tried all again from
scratch. Same story.

Ideas?

Close Outlook, find and rename the frmscache.dat to .old.

Thanks, however, after shutting down Outlook, I did a
search for frmscache.dat but came up with nothing.

Ideas??
