Outlook 2002, SP3, will no longer let me delete contacts
or add new folders to my shortcuts in Outlook. Message
says I don't have authority, suggests checking to see if
it's set up for another user or only allows read-only.
Neither applies. Anyone else had problems like this? I
need to manage Outlook because I depend on it in my
business, both in the office and with my PDA away from
the office. Appreciate any suggestions.
