Can't delete from Entourage

New, disturbing phenomenon with Entourage. I can't delete my messages
consistently anymore.

Well I can, if I reboot. But that's real hassle. I don't ever remember this
issue in 5 years of using entourage. That I go to delete a message and it
wont delete. Getting this experience quite a lot now. Thanks
