Can't delete Hotmail "free account (deleted items folder) in Entourage,
I was on the 3 hours with Microsoft Mac, and I am no closer to a
solution. Any help will be appreciated.

That is a reserved folder in the hotmail account and can't be deleted while
you have a hotmail account configured.
