Can't delete message - Entourage 2004

Email Client: pop

Msg from "World Wide Web Owner" keeps returning, even after I try to remove it from the server. G4, OS 10.4.11, POP. Many thanks in advance!

POP mail is not normally stored on the server. If it is on the server, log
in with your web browser and try to delete it there.

If you have an email that will not delete, this usually indicates database
corruption. You would need to rebuild your database.

How to rebuild:

Quit any applications that are running, including virus-protection
applications, all Office applications, Microsoft Messenger for Mac, and
Office Notifications/Reminders, because they might interfere with
rebuilding.
