Can't delete message-This action cannot be completed not enoughmemory

Hi All,
There is a message which I can't delete and when I attempt to delete it, I
get the a dialogue box with this error message "This action cannot be
completed not enough memory". Any help would be appreciated.

Try disabling the Preview Pane (View -> Preview Pane), and then deleting the
message.

If that doesn't work, download and install the latest Office X updates,
which are 10.1.2, 10.1.4, and 10.1.5 (10.1.3 is unnecessary). They¹re
available from Microsoft.

If that doesn't work, try rebuilding the database and then attempting a
delete with the Preview Pane off. To rebuild the database, first, go to
Entourage -> Turn Off Office Notifications. Now, quit Entourage, and then
restart Entourage holding down the Option key. When the Rebuild dialog box
comes up, choose to do a Typical Rebuild.
