Can'T DELETE, Move Messages

Hi All,

I'm using Outlook 2002 and for some reason I can't delete
messages (unless I use shift + delete) and I can't move
any messages. Everytime I try I get a message
saying "Unknown Error, try restarting Outlook". Even worse
every time I send and receive I get the following message:

Task 'www.catskillsrecords.com - Sending and Receiving'
reported error (0x8004060C) : 'Unknown Error 0x8004060C'

Help! Seems that mail is going out but I'm getting NOTHING
in and any messages (even though they're actually sent)
stay in my outbox.

I've run scanpst, detect and repair and also 2 virus
different virus scans and still nothing....help...

My Outlook 2002 is 10.2627.2625.
