Cant find Adobe Distiller Driver

I spoke earlier with Joanne. I went through most of the process but I got an error message that said I had to go in and turn something on on off with the distiller which you also mentioned in a previous post. Where exactly is that...I looked all over properties and advanced settings and could not locate. Thank you
