can't find microsoft office shortcut bar in office xp

I have installed office xp, but I can't find the office
shortcut bar in the microsoft office tools section. I
didn't install all parts of office. Do I have to install
all parts of office or can I just install the shortcut
bar from the installation CD?

Hi Bob,
I was told by Microsoft Tech Support that it was not
included in the 03 version. Instead they put an "Open new
Office document" in the Start, All Programs Menu.
