cant find "news"" in the go menu

I cant find the "news" icon. I click on a blank part of
the title bar, go to customize and then look in the go
submenu but no "news". Any ideas

The instructions are in the HELP file -search for News Server. You need to
go thru the customization of the task bar routine, click on GO (left side)
and drag the NEWS icon to the task bar go menu.
