Can't find "redirect it to people or distribution list" option in Rule Wizard

Hi all,

I am using Microsoft Outlook 2000 with SP-3 installed. I was trying to
create a rule that will perform "redirection" of email. I heard there
is a rule "redirect it to people or distribution list". however, i was
not able to find it in my rule wizard options.

Are there any addition option pack that i need to install or some
configuration i might have missed out.

Will appreciate any help from you guys.
