Can't forward attachments from a specific user

I have Entourage connected to our company exchange server. I have
received an email from a specific person outside my company and I try
to forward his email which has PDF attachments. When I forward, the
attachment disappear.

The odd thing is that this only happens for this particular message. I
tried attachments from users inside and outside my company and those
are fine. It's only this specific message.

Any ideas?
