Can't get all messages from Entourage 2001 into Entourage X

I have a client that I just upgraded to OS X (10.3.5) using Entourage
X (10.1.4) and the import goes for awhile, says it's finished and then
he's missing most of his mail and all of the individual mail folders
he had made. This normally isn't a problem but I suspect it is due to
something he has done. This user likes to drag his attachments
straight from his email onto their server. I have had problems in the
past where if a client does that with their emails it has issues as
well. Any way to get all his email into Entourage X?

Fire up entourage 2001 again and rebuild the database before attempting the
import again.

To rebuild, hold down the option key when starting entourage until you see
the rebuild screen - choose the second option, the advanced rebuild.
