I have one rule and one rule only, so I have eliminated the potential that two rules are clashing.
I have it set up as:
If ANY criteria are met
If FROM contains yahoogroups.com
Then move message to >Digests
"digests" is a subfolder I have created in my inbox.
This seems like a very simple and straightforward rule, but I can't get it to work in entourage 2008!! Any help? I've seen others seem to be having similar problems on this forum but I haven't found a workable solution.
I've tried changing this rule to more specific "from" or using criteria from the subject line but neither one works.
