Can't get my e-mail

We just switched DSL providers from Earthlink to SBC Yahoo! With Earthlink
we had no problem getting our e-mail but now I can't get my e-mail. I also
can't get e-mail in mac's mail program either. Can anyone help?

'can't get my mail' covers a lot of ground.

Can you give more description? What fails? What errors do you get?

Give us a few clues, and we may be able to help!

when you changed Isp's did you not cancel the mail account? (one reason not to get mail
Have you correctly configuredbyour maila ccount
Contact Isp for settings..

Give more info in your question! What error code do you see when you try for mail??? -1355 Etc

BTW, I know SBC-Yahoo uses plain regular POP servers. You should not have
any problem getting e-mail from them provided your entered the proper
settings. Check your account settings to make sure everything is correct for
your new SBC-Yahoo! account,

I am having a similar problem. I am testing Verizon's DSL and
Entourage is giving me fits.

I have not removed my Dial Up service account, but I did try to make
Verizon my default account. When I first boot up if I try to "send
receive" I get error messages (2) that I can't send via my Dial Up,
which is understandable, and that I can receive mail via Verizon.

If I follow the directions from Verizon's Techies and send an Email to
myself, I receive it and untill the next reboot I can receive both me
Verizon mail and my dial up account Email.

There are othe ways of making it work but this may be enough.
