I have a client that just received a new Dell
workstation. He is connected to the domain at his
company, but for some reason, his MS Outlook 2003 will
not stay Connected to the Exchange server. Even though
he's able to click the drop down arrow next to the
connection status window and change the status back to
Connected, it eventually changes back to "Work Offline"
on its own. Any help would be appreciated.
