Can't get rid of warning message!

Hi ALl:

I have to give a presentation in PPT. There are .exe files
(Flash converted to .exe) & linked to some buttons. When
I load the PPT movie and related files to the hard disk,
I get this warning message:

something like:
WARNING: "The files you are about to open may be harmful
to your......"
This message pops up EVERY time.
Someone please help me to figure out how to get rid of
that warning.
