Can't import contact history from Outlook BCM

I have BCM version 2 and am trying to export contacts. When I go to
import the CSV file into Entourage, alll the fields are mapped but it
does not appear to have exported the contact history (notes, phone log
etc). Has anyone found a way to remedy this or am I simply doing
something wrong? Thanks in advance.

Just curious - what's BCM?
