can't install Contact manager

Hi all
Just purchased Office for Small Business, Contact manager....message says
when I open Outlook,
Microsoft LDAP Directory, wants user name, password..
Also, can't install Contact manager...tried to reach MS, but their phones
aren't working properly. Anyone understand any of this?
