Hi,
I can't install Office 2003 - whenever I try, the installation keeps telling
me that .cab files are corrupted. It's not even one particular .cab file; it
changes. Sometimes the installation goes further than other times.
I've tried to copy all the files / paste onto the hard-drive, except the
same problem occurs. It tells me the .cab files are corrupted.
This is an original CD I am installing from, and I've only ever used it once
previously, and it was successful. I've reformatted today and the computer is
fine, but I can't reinstall. The CD itself is almost perfect, except for a
very minor surface scratch. I have cleaned it thoroughly. I don't understand
why the files would be corrupted?
Any ideas?
Thanks.
