Can't load files in PPT 2003 - HELP

M

Mike Goodman

I recently got a new computer with Office 2003. When I try to load PPT
presentations that I created in PPT 2000, some load up ok, but others don't,
and I get a message "PowerPoint can't read [filename]." I can't figure out
why some files load, but most others don't --- it doesn't seem to have to do
with size.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Mike

Mike,
You need to get the critical update for Office 2003. Go to Help --> Check
for Updates (while connected to the web).
