can't open a single excel file

Pls help...

I have a very important excel file which consists my four months hard work. Whenever I try to open this file, it will prompt "Excel.exe has generated errors and will be closed by windows. You will need to restart the program." Only this file gives me this problem.
I have read through all the questions and solutions (deleting .xlb files, delete temp files, etc) given in this forum yet it doesn't work for me.
Pls advice....
