I'm using Entourage Version 11.3.3 (061214). Have applied overall Office
update 11.3.5. Am on OS X 10.4.10.
I use Entourage as the front end for our small company email system. Setup
as an IMAP account. When I receive documents I can't (1) OPEN them in
Entourage and (2) OPEN them in word/excel/powerpoint if I used Entourage to
save them.
However if I logon to the native email system and save them to my desktop
that way, I can use word/excel/powerpoint to open them.
Any clues or advice would be highly appreciate.
