Can't open hyperlink in emails

Using Outlook for emails. If I click on a hyperlink in
an incoming email, it won't open. It's a standalone PC
not on a network. What do I need to do to open
hyperlinks in emails? Thanks.

Found the answer...It's in Microsoft's Knowledge Base
Article 310049. But I had to Google with keywords to get
an outside website that had a link to it.
