Can't open identity w/ this version of entourage

I have been using 2004 since it came out.I have been having a lot of
problems with entourage ever since I downloaded service pack 2. Hope you can

This is the error when you are trying to run a version of Entourage on an
identity that has been used by a newer version of Entourage. Do you have
multiple versions of Entourage on your machine? (Say, the Tiger
installed-by-default version of the test drive?)
