Can't open .ppt with 2003 but i can with powerpoint 2002.

I can open a powerpoint file with office 2002 but when i try with powerpoint
2003 it tells me that it can't read the path. Please advise. I've tried
disabling my Virus software to no avail and also i've got the latest patchs'
for it. Can you please help?

In PowerPoint 2003, go to the Help menu and choose Check for Updates.
Follow the instructions to install Service Pack 1. This is likely to fix
your problem.
