I have the following problem with Office 2003, Outlook:

Can't open this. Outlook has already begun transmitting this message.

anyone knwo how to solve this?

And you get this when...???

If when deleting a message from the Outbox;
-Place Outlook offline-> File-> Work Offline
-Restart Outlook
-delete the message
-place Outlook back on-line

I tried this out bus doesn't change anything.

I have this problem since trying to send a pop3 email, and the mail is still
in the outbox.
