Can't open WMV Attachment

WMV attachment opens but is jumbled test. Any thoughts?

Can you save them on the desktop and open them from there?? Do you have
the Flip4Mac WMV codecs installed on your Mac?? (you need them to be
able to visualize these files)

I downloaded to my desktop and I get the same result. Not sure I have these codes installed. I am working from a new MacBook Pro and I am new to Mac in general.

Try dragging the file to QuickTime. Does it open?

You really need to install the codecs.
Go to:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/flip4mac.mspx
to download them then isntall them. No open to visualize the fiels
without them,
