Can't print all events in the Week Calender print-out

I've got the student/teacher version, and when I try to
select the different set-up options (DayTimer, Franklin,
etc) the format doesn't change. Are these layout options
not installed on the student/teacher version? When I go to
print the default week calender, it only prints out the
first 4 activities for each day. The rest of the day is
"who knows where"! How do I (1) select different layouts
and (2) print all events for the week?
