can't print calendar even after removing Printing Forms folder

I have never been able to print my calendar since upgrading to Entourage
2004, 11.1.0. Following this group for a while< I have repeatedly tried
removing my Printing Forms folder from Microsoft User Data, but this does
not help. I am running Tiger 10.4.1. Everything else in Entourage is fine.
Sure would appreciate another fix to try, as it gets old working with
screenshots.

I, as well, have suddenly been unable to print or preview for printing any
layout of any calendar in Entourage. I will try the " removing my Printing
Forms folder from Microsoft User Data", and then check back in.
