Can't Print Calendar from Entourage 2004

Erik Bernstein

I've got Entourage 2004 working fine, except that I can't print
anything from the calendar. When I select "Print," I get the options
box, but I can't select anything. The spinning beach ball comes and
goes, and that's it. No spinning cursor in the preview pane as with
other options, nothing. I end up needing to force quit and relaunch.

I have checked and compacted the database and it is ok. I have also
repaired permissions, etc.

I really need this feature, and any help would be appreciated!

Thanks,

Erik

I also can't print any calendars, though I'm getting "unknown error 30876"
instead of a crash -- any help here???

Choose a different print template. The one you're using is corrupt.

My problem is that I can't even do anything in the Print dialog
box--the box opens but all I get is the spinning beach ball. Are the
print templates in a folder somewhere? Is there some way their
integrity can be verified?

Thanks,

Erik

How do we choose a different print templage?

I have the same problem, can't print any Entourage 2004 calendars regardless
of the view, page set-up, printer, month, year or whatever I choose. I can't
get a print preview (just an endlessly spinning cog) and can't print to PDF
either. This started happening right out of the box so how could a print
template have been corrupted? Where do we find/delete/repair such templates?
I can print calendar pages w/o a problem from Entourage X but get nothing
but unknown error -30876 from 2004.

Printing Forms folder inside your Microsoft User Data folder. Try deleting
them all first (or move them out of that folder).

Done... And that works fine
