can't print...

whenever I try to print in entourage, I always get an error message
that reads... "An Unknown Error (-50) occurred." and it won't
print....

I've reinstalled, I've deleted, and I just can't print...

help!!!

Did you use "Remove Office" or did you just drag folder to trash? "Remove
Office" removes invisible files that are missed when you trash a folder. You
will need your CD Key to reinstall.

Error -50 is parameter error, which you'd likely get if you ran incompatible
versions of Office and its components. Run the Office Remover and reinstall
Office on that machine. Also, try setting up a different user in System
Preferences on that machine and see if it fixes the problem. Last resort
would be to reinstall the OS.
