Can't read MS Outlook mail - Odd behaviour! Outlook bugs?

My user received few mails are from the same sender would
have found this problem :- can't see anything written in
that mail! As my user is using auto-preview for her
Outlook XP (with SP3) so she knows some words are written
in sender's email. But then when open it up, don't see any
words at all...Why? Software bugs? Trying to check
encoding of that mail is in US-ASCII, does this doing some
change in my user end to view? My usual practise for
outlook compose setting is in html format. Anything wrong
with this? Please give me a quick solution. Thanks.

Try highlighting the message body. They probably used a stationary that was
stripped by the server. Also have them try sending an email to the user
using rich text or plain text.
