What Luc said. In addition, you may have to save the file from your email to
your harddrive and then open it (where it will open with the PPT Viewer
after you install the Viewer). Some combinations of Windows and various
email clients and PPT Viewers won't allow you to open the PPT file directly
from your email with the Viewer, but saving the file to the harddrive and
then opening should work.
