Can't read the message in Outlook 2000

Dear All,

A computer running Windows NT workstation 4.0 with Outlook 2000 sp3 and
connected to Exchange 2000 server, sometime the message content for some
incoming mail can't be viewed. However, these messages can be viewed by
other machine, which running Windows 2000 Pro with Outlook 2003 sp3.

What's the problem in Windows NT, and do you have any suggestion to fix it.
