This has happened to me several times where I get the
message "The database could not be rebuilt becuase there is
not enough room on the disk to create the new database
file." This is driving me nuts becuase I have 30GB
available. The database file is only 2.4GB. Anyone????

Is the database in your startup disk, or is it on a different
disk/partition? If the startup disk is short of space you will get that
message, even if the partition that holds your MUD folder/Identity has lots
of space.

Response to Mr. Wainwright's response...

1 partition on the startup disk.
OS X 10.2.8,
Dual 1 Ghz G4,
