Can't receive and send email anymore

I use Entourage 2004 for a while already. My company is running on
Exchange server. About 2 weeks ago, all 10 macs who run Entourage 2004
on Tiger doesn't work anymore. I tried everything that I can think of,
new user, new account setup, update with the latest version, make sure
our IT didn't change any require setting for the Server side, which
nothing had changed. We all were able to run Outlook on classic mode,
be able to receive and send email. But we just can't connect with
Entourage at all. Any idea what I should try?

This was about the time of the Daylight Saving Time updates. Besides
updating Entourage there are several updates required for the Mac OS and
your exchange server.

However, I would think that not updating would cause your problem. I'm
guessing that something happened along with the update that is causing you
not to be able to send and receive.

Generally these solutions apply:

If you can receive but not send then you have a bad SMTP configuration
If you can send but not receive you have a bad POP or IMAP configuration

If you use tcpflow to monitor the traffic you should be able to see what
your server is rejecting.

See directions here:
