Can't Receive email since today's "Critical Update"

Email Client: Exchange

Email is sending just fine. I am getting email on my iPhone and Webmail (Outlook Web) just fine. Nothing is coming into Entourage.

No apparent errors either. Any way I can "revert" my softward back to this morning?

Anyone else with this issue? Help!

Okay - it just got weirder. My inbox is not syncing, but my deleted folder is. I right-clicked the inbox and clicked "sync" but nothing happened.

Help!

You mention "today's critical update." No updates today that I know of,
although there was one last Thursday. I assume that's the one you refer
to? Entourage should have the version 12.1.4. OR, are you referring to
an update to something besides Office 2008?

Check your Error Log (Cmd-8) in Entourage to see if there is any
information there about why nothing is being received.

Make sure the schedule "Send and Receive All" is properly scheduled to
run. Try deleting and recreating it, or run it manually, and see if it
works.

Thanks for the feedback.

Yes, I am referring to the 12.1.4. I just happened to get it on the day listed above.

No errors in the error log.

Remember that the schedule/receive IS working because the deleted folder, the calendar and the contacts are updating based on changes I make in Outlook Web Access - or on my iPhone.

This is getting really annoying. I don't know what to do.

Try emptying your Inbox Cache.

Right-Click on the Inbox, select Folder Properties, and click on Empty in
the middle of the window.

Good Luck,
